Almetra develops ethical AI software for the manufacturing industry.

задачи

Develop and maintain backend features and APIs for the core platform;
Improve database performance, reliability, and real-time data processing;
Debug, profile, and optimize code to maintain low latency and system stability;
Collaborate with AI, frontend, and product teams to integrate new capabilities;
Contribute to architectural decisions and shape the evolution of the backend stack.

требования

5-7 Years of experience building production-grade backends;
Proficiency in Python;
Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling (PostgreSQL or similar);
Experience with REST APIs and cloud environments (AWS preferred);
Ability to work independently and take ownership of problems;
Startup mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency;
Nice to have: Linux debugging and performance tuning, familiarity with orchestration (Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible), experience with data pipelines or analytical databases, interest in edge/cloud hybrid architectures.
