• Build and ship features on a high-throughput streaming platform processing billions of market data points daily;
• Tackle complex distributed systems problems at exceptional scale;
• Work closely with quant researchers and traders to turn complex requirements into platform solutions;
• Drive platform reliability through incident response, root-cause analysis, and systemic fixes;
• Raise engineering standards through code review and mentoring junior team members.

• 5+ Years of professional software engineering experience with Java or Python as the primary language;
• Proficiency with Linux platforms and strong understanding of Git;
• Deep knowledge of one or more relevant database technologies such as Iceberg, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB;
• Willingness and ability to use AI-assisted development tools as part of the daily workflow;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities;
• Ability to work independently and gather requirements from stakeholders;
• Nice to have: strong academic record and a degree with high mathematical and computing content, familiarity with distributed systems and orchestration, performance optimization and large-scale data processing experience, open-source contributions, market data experience, streaming or real-time data processing expertise.
