• Develop the complete lifecycle of automation solutions from intake through development, debugging, testing, production deployment, and documentation;
• Review automated solutions with the team leader to ensure objectives and guidelines are met;
• Build sustainability documentation for automated processes and review documentation created by other team members;
• Contribute to team training and professional development activities;
• Run and maintain more than 500 existing automation processes;
• Lead recurring meetings with business collaborators on automation opportunities, process improvement, and Automation Governance;
• Research and develop code to improve the performance and sustainability of existing automations;
• Support strategic and tactical implementation of solutions for organizational automation objectives;
• Direct the creation of Python-based and Agentic AI tools for repetitive tasks such as combining data sources, producing reports, and system reconciliation;
• Conduct detailed reviews of team members’ automation code and provide constructive feedback;
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in Python, automation frameworks, and problem-solving techniques;
• Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize existing automations;
• Research and incorporate new Python libraries and AI tools;
• Support proof-of-concept development for evaluating AI tools and automation frameworks;
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High-level Python skills;
• 3+ Years of experience in Python development, or a relevant MS degree with 0–2 years of experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field;
• Experience with a wide range of data sources, including multiple ERP systems and legacy environments;
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams;
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment;
