• Build internally facing web applications and robust automations for Operations teams;
• Ship features used daily by Ops teams;
• Help Operations scale efficiently as the customer base grows;
• Use AI pragmatically where it adds real value;
• Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams;
• Shape operational tools and technical direction.

• Solid Python experience in a web application context;
• Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask;
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js;
• Experience with React and NextJS;
• Strong engineering principles and practices, including design patterns, testing, and clean code;
• Good code review skills;
• Previous experience working in a product-focused team;
• Desire to learn and contribute to a highly collaborative team;
• Desire to learn about and experiment with Generative AI and LLMs;
• Nice to have: Experience with Generative AI or LLMs, daily use of AI coding tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude, exposure to Domain Driven Design, Message-Driven Systems, and Event Sourcing, cloud infrastructure experience particularly with AWS, SQL and data schemas, containerised software with Argo, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform, CSS skills and exposure to Tailwind.
