Python developer in AI applications

• 3+ years of commercial software development with Python;
• Production experience with FastAPI, Django / DRF;
• Strong Python Core, asyncio, async/await, ASGI, concurrency basics;
• REST API design, HTTP, authentication and authorization;
• SQL and PostgreSQL: indexes, transactions, query optimization;
• SQLAlchemy / Django ORM and migrations;
• Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ / Kafka or similar;
• Unit and integration tests with Pytest;
• Git, code review, GitLab CI or similar CI/CD;
• Docker, working knowledge of Kubernetes (OpenShift and Helm are a plus);
• At least one cloud: AWS (preferred), Azure or GCP;
• Linux and running services in production: logging, monitoring, configuration, secrets, health checks;
• Hands-on integration of LLMs into real applications: OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini or similar;
• RAG, embeddings, vector search, structured output, tool / function calling, context management;
• Vector stores or search engines: pgvector / Qdrant / Weaviate / Pinecone / Elasticsearch
• LangChain and LangGraph in production;
• LLM in production: latency, token cost, rate limits, retries, caching, hallucinations, prompt injection;
• LLM security: guardrails, content filtering and moderation, rate limiting, abuse protection
• LLM evaluation and quality monitoring;
• Can own a feature end to end: break it down, estimate, build, release;
• English proficiency from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and above.
