python developer for vulnerability management

• Develop and maintain integrations for ingesting vulnerability and asset data from major security platforms;
• Extract, normalize, and transform data from external REST APIs into platform-ready formats;
• Implement the architecture and design of new connectors and improve the internal connector framework;
• Collaborate with product, QA, support, and platform engineering to ensure integrations are stable, scalable, and supportable;
• Build tooling and automation for connector testing, validation, and CI/CD deployment;
• Support QA and customer support teams in diagnosing and resolving connector-related issues;
• Own reliability and observability in connector infrastructure, including logging, metrics, and error handling.

• 5+ Years of professional software engineering experience;
• 2+ Years of technical leadership experience;
• Strong experience with Python and dataframe libraries such as pandas or polars;
• Experience with PHP and/or React;
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, including authentication, pagination, rate limiting, and data normalization;
• Experience writing testable code, creating unit and integration tests, and mocking external APIs;
• Background in data transformation or ETL-style workflows;
• Ability to lead technical efforts or projects from design through release;
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Comfortable working in Linux-based environments;
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, especially with external systems and APIs;
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, computer engineering, or equivalent experience, Zend Framework ecosystem experience especially Laminas Framework, experience with security tools such as Crowdstrike, Wiz, Qualys, or Rapid7, familiarity with Docker, experience with relational databases including SingleStore/MEMSQL, Agile/Scrum experience, experience maintaining applications on Linux platforms in cloud environments.
