eCarsTrade is a digital car marketplace serving professional buyers in more than 40 countries. Its online auction platform offers over 15,000 vehicles per week sourced from fleet owners, leasing and rental companies, banks, and dealerships.

• Develop and maintain FastAPI services and RabbitMQ consumers;
• Design durable, decoupled processing flows;
• Write tests and maintain Docker/docker-compose setups;
• Keep services production-reliable and observable;
• Collaborate with purchasing and platform teams to translate business rules into robust code.

• Strong Python 3.10+ production experience with asyncio and FastAPI or similar;
• Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures;
• Experience with Docker and microservice deployment patterns;
• Working knowledge of MySQL and/or MongoDB;
• Clean code and testing discipline;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on schedule and within budget;
• Experience with CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI;
• Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive technical initiatives, and lead by example;
• English and Russian proficiency is mandatory;
• Nice to have: computer vision experience, LLM integration experience, prompt engineering, cascade/multi-model orchestration, MLflow, Optuna, SHAP, experiment-tracking workflows, httpx, uvicorn, Pydantic v2, automotive, pricing, or marketplace domain knowledge.
