• Develop reliable, scalable solutions with a focus on high-quality, production-ready code;
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including application logic, architecture, and feature implementation;
• Engage in Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and Idea Talks;
• Contribute to project estimation, technical planning, and roadmap discussions;
• Conduct code reviews and write comprehensive test coverage;
• Support the continuous integration of new technologies and engineering best practices;
• Optionally participate in technical interviews, mentor team members, and contribute to dev2dev sessions or external meetups.

• 4+ Years of hands-on experience in web development;
• Proficiency in Python frameworks and tools such as Flask, Django, aiohttp, Pyramid, Scrapy, Luigi, Pachyderm, Jupyter, NumPy, and Pandas;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with experience in client-facing communication;
• Growth mindset and commitment to staying up to date with emerging technologies and trends in Python development.
