python developer for cloud-based data solutions

The company is an international technology company developing Python-based backend and data solutions in a cloud-driven environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Python;
• Build and optimize ETL workflows and data processing pipelines;
• Design and implement relational database schemas;
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of systems;
• Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows;
• Contribute to infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code;
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.

• At least 5 years of hands-on Python experience, including OOP, async programming, testing, and SQL;
• Strong experience with relational databases; PostgreSQL preferred, with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL acceptable;
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL processes;
• Hands-on CI/CD implementation experience with GitHub Actions or similar tools;
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks;
• Fluent English language skills;
• Located in Cyprus;
• Nice to have: experience with containerized applications using Docker, REST or GraphQL API-driven development, Robot or Selenium testing frameworks, cloud-native technologies.

• 40 - 65K Euros gross per annum based on skills and experience;

• Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with a one-hour break.
