• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python;
• Build scalable solutions for processing, integrating, and transforming large datasets;
• Contribute to cloud-native architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code;
• Collaborate with engineers on system design, data modelling, and platform improvements;
• Improve software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and mentoring less experienced developers.

• 5+ Years of commercial experience with Python development;
• Strong experience building backend applications and REST APIs;
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases;
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience building data-intensive applications or working with large-scale data processing;
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and clean code principles;
• Nice to have: Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms, familiarity with event-driven architectures and distributed systems, experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, comfort working in Linux-based development environments.
