Python Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python;
• Build high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services;
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database models;
• Use AI-assisted development tools as an integral part of the software development lifecycle;
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code;
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers;
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making;
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security;
• Integrate third-party services and APIs;
• Write and maintain technical documentation;
• Perform code reviews and mentor other developers;
• Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and engineering best practices;
• Work in an agile environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of professional backend development experience;
• Strong professional experience building backend applications with Python;
• Strong experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar frameworks;
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures;
• Strong experience in database design, data modeling, and SQL databases;
• Proven experience using AI-assisted coding tools;
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases;
• Experience building REST APIs;
• Experience with asynchronous programming;
• Experience monitoring and debugging production systems;
• Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger;
• Strong knowledge of software design principles;
• Experience with Git and Docker;
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms or modern hosting platforms;
• Experience writing automated tests;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in spoken and written English;
• Nice to have: Experience designing and implementing autonomous coding workflows using AI agents and orchestration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS), TypeScript, NodeJS, integrating LLM APIs.
