• Develop and improve backend or full-stack solutions for a manufacturing management platform;
• Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable application components for internal business use;
• Work on backend services, business logic, and system integrations;
• Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript;
• Collaborate with internal cross-departmental teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions;
• Use AI coding tools to improve development workflows and delivery speed;
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and implementation decisions;
• Ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability across the product.

• 3+ Years of commercial software development experience;
• Strong hands-on engineering experience building production systems;
• Backend development skills, preferably with Python;
• Experience with JavaScript on the frontend;
• Practical experience using AI coding tools in software development;
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently;
• Good understanding of software design, maintainable code, and delivery in a product-oriented environment;
• English B2;
• Must be based in EU and hold EU citizenship;
• Nice to have: Experience with Rust, experience working on internal business systems, operational platforms, or manufacturing-related tools, full-stack experience across both backend and frontend.
