- 5+ years in Software Engineering, Backend Engineering, Applied AI, or a similar role
- Strong Python development experience
- FastAPI or similar Python backend frameworks
- Experience integrating LLM APIs into real applications
- RAG and retrieval-based AI systems
- PostgreSQL
- REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Docker
- AWS
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining production backend systems
