Constanter Philanthropy Services (CPS) professionally supports and enables all of the philanthropic organisations founded by the Brenninkmeijer family entrepreneurs to maximise their impact in service of the common good. CPS does this through providing high-quality, fit-for-purpose operational support in the areas of HR, IT, Finance, Risk, Legal, Tax, Insurances, Facilities, Travel, Procurement, Security, Project Management, and Reporting. CPS dedicates most of its work to the support of Porticus and Laudes Foundation. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As a Prompt Engineer and AI Solutions Intern, you will support the Tech Team in designing, testing, and improving AI prompts, AI agents, and AI-enabled workflows that help colleagues work more effectively. You will contribute to practical experimentation with tools such as Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot or Claude Code helping translate defined business needs into innovative, responsible, and well-structured AI solutions.

Working closely with the AI Implementation Lead and Tech Team colleagues, you will have the opportunity to experiment with emerging AI technologies and help turn ideas into working solutions. From AI agents and knowledge assistants to intelligent search and automation, you will contribute to projects that improve how colleagues access knowledge, collaborate, and work more effectively across the organisation.

Guidance & Coaching

You will receive regular guidance and coaching from the AI Implementation Lead, who will be your primary day-to-day point of contact throughout the internship. Through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and collaborative working sessions, you will receive support in developing your skills in prompt engineering, AI agent development, testing, and responsible AI practices.

You will work closely alongside the wider Tech Team, gaining hands-on experience by contributing to real projects and learning from colleagues with different areas of expertise. In addition, you will have access to mandatory training provided by the team as well as a range of learning resources and courses available through our internal learning platform, helping you build both technical knowledge and professional skills in a structured and supportive environment.
