The team builds AI products for technology corporations, including devices and voice assistants.

• Analyze client-side business processes by studying employee instructions, conversation recordings, and transcripts
• Design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate business processes
• Create training and test datasets
• Develop and apply methodologies to assess AI agents’ performance and use the results to refine the agents

• 1+ Years of hands-on experience with AI/ML or conversational AI projects
• Experience writing and iterating prompts for LLMs in real product use cases
• Experience designing end-to-end conversational flows for chatbots or AI agents, including intent recognition, dialogue trees, fallback handling, and consumer copywriting
• Experience with prompt testing, QA, and AI observability tools such as LangSmith
• Experience with prompt iteration and evaluations, including test cases and human-in-the-loop
