• Build the internal ledger in Go, including accounting views, double-entry postings, balances, FX handling, client funds segregation, and separate ledgers
• Implement trading logic in billing, including fees, margins, collaterals, commissions, swaps, adjustments and reversals, and FX reevaluation
• Automate reconciliation across payment, trading, and PSP sources; define matching logic and tolerances; automate mismatch detection; implement correction mechanisms; and preserve an immutable audit trail
• Build APIs and exports for management reporting, customer self-verification and statements, customer support transparency, and regulatory reporting

• Put customer value and team goals above everything else when making work decisions
• Have an engineering mindset: build new systems under uncertainty, understand complex systems, navigate root causes, and choose thoughtful solutions
• Have built an accounting-grade ledger/billing core in Go
• Have experience in regulated, audit-heavy environments, such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or DORA
• Have designed automated reconciliations
• Have built financial data products, including accounting views, APIs, or exports for internal and external use
• Have production reliability experience, including observability, resilience practices, incident management, and safe releases
• Write tests and automate quality checks, including integration, contract, and E2E tests
• Be fluent in English (C1/C2)
