• Take end-to-end ownership of Acquiring initiatives, from defining problems and prototyping solutions to shipping them and iterating based on customer feedback
• Design and implement systems for card and alternative payment acceptance, the payment-facilitator layer, and ledger reporting
• Use AI to accelerate delivery, set development-process standards across the tribe, and build reusable approaches for other domains
• Establish reusable patterns and frameworks for other Product Builders and coach those who want to develop in this direction

• Seven or more years delivering customer-facing software with measurable business outcomes, including large-scale initiatives across functions, systems, or product areas
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or agent frameworks as a core part of development, with the ability to make sound engineering decisions
• Experience integrating a payment service provider or acquirer at scale, including APIs, webhooks, idempotency, and reconciliation
• Strong product instincts and experience making product decisions without waiting for a dedicated Product Manager or Designer
