Platform/Solution Architect for catalog platforms

• Participate in requirements clarification and backlog grooming with the customer's Product teams;
• Contribute to system design with the architecture team, particularly for integrations with PIM, DAM, and other enterprise systems;
• Develop and test new features using AI-assisted and classical engineering methods;
• Identify and help address risks early;
• Suggest improvements to the platform's architecture.

• Strong business requirements analysis and management skills;
• Solid solution design and architecture skills;
• Present and defend architecture decisions to senior and executive stakeholders;
• Available for 4+ hours of daily communication with the team and client;
• Persist in pushing initiatives forward despite organizational pushback;
• Broad full-stack awareness across frontend, backend, databases, CI/CD, and infrastructure;
• Hands-on experience with PIM and/or CMS solutions;
• Working knowledge of DAM solutions;
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Experience with Kafka or other streaming/event-driven solutions;
• Experience with schema-heavy protocols and data mapping solutions;
• Nice to have: Java + Spring stack knowledge, hands-on experience with AI coding agents/tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code, experience with dedicated PIM or DAM platforms such as Akeneo, Salsify, inRiver, and Bloomreach, prior experience in retail/e-commerce or catalog-heavy domains.
