• Develop and maintain backend logic for web applications;
• Integrate external APIs and third-party services;
• Optimize existing code for performance, scalability, and security;
• Design database structures and write efficient SQL queries;
• Participate in system architecture and technology decisions;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and analysts;
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to CI/CD automation.

• Have 2+ years of commercial experience with PHP 7/8;
• Understand OOP, SOLID principles, MVC, and REST API design;
• Have hands-on experience with Laravel, Symfony, or other modern PHP frameworks;
• Work confidently with MySQL or PostgreSQL and write optimized queries;
• Have experience with any CMS and a strong willingness to learn and explore new ones;
• Have experience with Git version control;
• Understand HTTP, JSON, AJAX, and API integrations;
• Have basic knowledge of Docker or other containerization tools;
• Be familiar with Linux environments;
• Be able to read and improve existing codebases;
• Have English at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
• Have German at Intermediate+ level or above;
• Nice to have: Experience with WordPress, experience or knowledge of Angular or React, experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Elasticsearch, understanding of DDD, CQRS, and Clean Architecture principles, experience writing automated tests with PHP Unit or Pest, basic DevOps knowledge or CI/CD setup experience with GitLab CI or Jenkins, familiarity with Vue.js, React, or Alpine.js.
