Freedom Finance Technologies is a Cyprus-based fintech company within the international Freedom Finance financial holding. It develops and maintains trading and banking IT products and the holding’s worldwide IT infrastructure. Its trading system for brokerage operations has been developed since 2009, and its applications are used by more than 700,000 users across 41 countries.

• Implement new modules into web applications;
• Integrate with external services;
• Deploy new code to production;
• Estimate development tasks;
• Participate in designing and improving product infrastructure to enhance stability and performance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that meet business requirements;
• Design architectural solutions, technologies, databases, and infrastructure for stable and high-performing systems.

• 6+ Years of experience as a Backend or Full-Stack Developer, including at least 5 years of hands-on PHP development;
• Experience with at least one PHP framework, such as Laravel, Symfony, Zend Framework, or Yii;
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and common design patterns;
• Experience with CI/CD practices and pipelines;
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
• Confident use of Git via the command line;
• Good knowledge of the Linux command line, including the ability to independently set up and configure a web stack;
• Ability and willingness to write and maintain automated tests;
• Experience working with monolith architectures and service-oriented migration;
• Ability to understand product and domain context, not just execute tasks;
• Russian: native or C1;
• English: B1+;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with real-time technologies such as WebSockets, strong fintech background.
