• Develop web applications for business systems;
• Write, refactor, and test code;
• Maintain coding documentation;

• At least 3 years of experience with PHP and modern frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel;
• Experience with MySQL / MariaDBL and version control systems such as Git;
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and SOLID principles;
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+);
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs;
• Experience with testing methodologies, including unit testing and writing testable code;
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher;
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor IDE, Tabnine, or similar;
• Strong prompt engineering skills for optimizing AI tool outputs;
• Critical understanding of AI tool boundaries and ability to apply sound judgment and critical thinking;
• Ability to use artificial intelligence to debug, refine code quality, and improve documentation for productivity and workflow reliability;
• Nice to have: Experience with AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and Linux; Composer dependency management; Vue.js or React; Nginx; MariaDB + Galera Cluster; Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Redis, Couchbase, or ZooKeeper; Jira and Confluence; contributing to a collaborative team environment.
