• Build and improve backend services that support cashback, redemption, fulfilment flows, and reward experiences;
• Develop scalable APIs and services using TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS;
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate fulfilment needs into technical solutions;
• Integrate and maintain partner APIs, third-party systems, and internal services;
• Improve performance, observability, testing, and documentation across services;
• Guide technical decisions, contribute to code reviews, and mentor team members.

• 6+ Years of experience in software development with strong backend engineering skills;
• Confident working with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, REST APIs, and microservice architectures;
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including databases, queues, and event-driven systems;
• Understanding of backend architecture patterns for scalable and reliable systems;
• Commitment to clean code, automated testing, and documentation;
• Structured approach to problem-solving;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: GraphQL, federation, Supergraph concepts, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, GitLab, Docker, CI/CD practices.
