• Architect and evolve backend systems supporting millions of active users, from system design to reliable operation at scale;
• Build clean, reliable, and intuitive APIs for frontend engineers;
• Work with complex data flows, caching, and messaging;
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks before they affect users;
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to ship and iterate quickly;
• Introduce new ideas, challenge assumptions, and raise the standard of backend engineering.

• 5+ Years of experience building backend systems at real scale;
• Strong Node.js and TypeScript experience as a primary backend stack;
• Experience designing scalable architectures and REST APIs;
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch;
• Hands-on experience with Redis and RabbitMQ;
• Confidence working with Nginx, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines;
• Initiative, adaptability, curiosity, and a focus on user and business impact;
• Ability to work across multiple areas while maintaining deep expertise;
• Nice to have: Go experience or interest in learning Go.
