node.js developer in cybersecurity

• Lead the team across multiple workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery every sprint;
• Own prioritization, capacity planning, and alignment on sprint goals;
• Coordinate with other teams, remove blockers, and manage dependencies;
• Develop team velocity and capabilities through coaching, feedback, and gap identification;
• Lead the design of scalable, reliable, and maintainable features;
• Lead high-scale, cloud-based development using Node.js, AWS, and MongoDB;
• Conduct code reviews and promote architecture, performance, and engineering best practices;
• Work with Product Managers to shape features from concept through release;
• Join technical customer sessions to address requirements, challenges, and integrations;
• Act as the technical lead for the domain and liaise with Customer Success;
• Drive technical decisions on product improvements and new capabilities.

• 6+ Years of hands-on software development experience;
• 3–5 Years of experience in a technical leadership or Team Lead role;
• Deep hands-on expertise with Node.js;
• Strong experience with AWS;
• Experience working with MongoDB;
• Strong experience designing and building scalable backend systems;
• Proven experience managing technical execution across multiple workstreams;
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, reliability, and clean code principles;
• Experience delivering end-to-end features and projects from design through production;
• Experience working in a fast-paced product environment;
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to make technical decisions independently;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience leading or collaborating with global or distributed teams;
• Ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Experience participating in customer-facing technical discussions;
• Experience with software development and engineering productivity, developer experience, automated testing, technical prototyping, development workflows and internal processes, and system performance and scalability;
• Nice to have: React, Python.
