• Architect and evolve backend systems supporting millions of active users, from designing architecture to ensuring smooth operation at scale;
• Build clean, reliable, and intuitive APIs for frontend engineers;
• Work with complex data flows, caching, and messaging;
• Identify performance bottlenecks before they affect users;
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to ship and iterate quickly;
• Bring fresh ideas, challenge assumptions, and raise the standard of backend engineering.

• 5+ Years of experience building backend systems at scale;
• Strong Node.js and TypeScript backend experience as a primary stack;
• Experience designing scalable architectures and REST APIs;
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch;
• Hands-on experience with Redis and RabbitMQ;
• Confidence with Nginx, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines;
• Initiative, curiosity, adaptability, and a focus on user and business impact;
• Ability to work across multiple areas and handle changing priorities;
• Nice to have: Go experience or willingness to learn Go.
