• Lead and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance and supporting engineers' professional growth;
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and other stakeholders to define technical solutions and project roadmaps;
• Drive technical design and architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security of the solution;
• Plan and coordinate development activities, prioritizing technical work, and managing delivery risks;
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and quality assurance processes;
• Identify and resolve technical blockers, supporting the team in troubleshooting complex issues;
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and release planning activities;
• Promote continuous improvement by introducing new tools, technologies, and engineering practices;
• Write code, conduct code reviews, create and maintaining technical documentation.

• 7+ Years of commercial experience in Back-End development, including experience in a Lead or Technical Lead role;
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript;
• Strong experience with Docker and AWS Cloud services (ECS, Fargate, S3, S3 Glacier, Cloudfront, Route 53, WAF);
• Expert knowledge of Express.js and NestJS frameworks;
• Strong experience with MongoDB;
• Experience with Jest for unit and integration testing;
• Strong experience in REST API design and implementation;
• Experience working with streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka) and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ);
• Experience with Swagger for API documentation;
• Strong understanding of system design, including scalable and distributed architectures;
• Experience of working with a high volume of data;
• Experience with MQTT;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Nice to have: Experience with ClickHouse and DynamoDB, experience working with time-series data, experience in IoT projects, front-end development experience is a strong plus.
