Node.js Developer

SQUAD Technology Solutions is an IT outsourcing company that builds agile development teams for international clients, currently focusing on projects within the insurance sector.

• Build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications;
• Develop backend services using Node.js and NestJS;
• Design and maintain APIs and distributed backend architectures;
• Ensure software quality through unit testing, code reviews, and test-driven development;
• Manage application containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes in AWS;
• Support automated build, deployment, and release processes using CI/CD pipelines;
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment;
• Contribute to the definition of processes, culture, and ways of working.

• 7+ Years of experience in software development and application delivery;
• Strong expertise in Angular 18+;
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript;
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Clean Code, and design principles such as SOLID, KISS, and YAGNI;
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Advanced English level C1;
• Nice to have: Basic architecture knowledge, experience with AWS, Helm, and cloud-native deployment practices.
