Assurance One IT at PwC Polska develops and tests applications for internal clients, expands platforms, and supports business process automation and innovation initiatives that can become applications used internally or by PwC clients.

• Design and implement GenAI solutions using OpenAI API, Document Intelligence, and Microsoft Foundry with C# and .NET;
• Create and develop web application backends, including APIs and business logic, and frontend layers in Angular for full-stack profiles;
• Integrate backend services, REST APIs, and microservices with GenAI models and other cloud services;
• Design and optimize data structures and SQL Server queries;
• Build cloud-native solutions in Azure using App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL;
• Collaborate with Product Owners and analysts from concept through PoC, MVP, production deployment, and further system development;
• Participate in architectural decisions related to scaling, security, and performance of AI solutions;
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, automated tests, and best practices.

• At least 5 years of experience as a .NET/C# Developer;
• Practical experience with GenAI, including LLM API integration, Document Intelligence, and model orchestration;
• Very good knowledge of C# and .NET 6/8+;
• Strong SQL Server skills, including data modeling, complex queries, and optimization;
• Experience developing web applications with layered architecture, REST APIs, authorization, and security;
• Experience working with Azure cloud;
• Ability to independently handle tasks end-to-end, from concept through deployment and maintenance;
• Polish and English sufficient for working with documentation and an international team;
• Understanding of code quality, readability, SOLID, Clean Code, and design patterns;
• Nice to have: GenAI and document processing, prompt engineering, LLM integration with business context, Python for AI/ML projects, RAG, vector databases, document processing of PDFs, scans and large archives, Agentic AI, Microsoft Azure ecosystem, Azure DevOps, GitHub Copilot or Cursor, enterprise or high-availability systems.
