• Lead modernization and scalability initiatives for client, transaction, and regulatory reporting platforms in Asset Management technology;
• Deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs while complying with industry standards;
• Elevate automation of manual processes;
• Work collaboratively within an agile team and across a global agile organization;
• Convert high-level business requirements into technical specifications that address reliability, scalability, and performance;
• Guarantee accurate and timely delivery of client reports, transaction reports, and regulatory submissions.

• 7+ Years of hands-on .NET application development experience;
• Proficiency with SQL Server or PostgreSQL databases;
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred);
• Background working with Microsoft Azure and cloud native solutions;
• Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into IT specifications;
• Strong communication skills;
• Bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) in software engineering or related field;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Nice to have: Banking or financial services experience, knowledge of Angular or React.
