• Develop scalable web applications for banks and financial institutions;
• Bridge development and operations;
• Implement modern architectures and automation;

• Apply software development best practices within Agile methodologies;
• Take initiative and ownership of assigned tasks.

• 2-4 Years of relevant software development experience;
• Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, and Entity framework;
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, or .NET Core web application development;
• Strong grasp of OOP principles and a problem-solving mindset;
• Experience with relational databases like SQL Server;
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git;
• Nice to have: front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), front-end frameworks (e.g., Blazor).

• Hands-on experience with banking technology projects across Serbia, Montenegro, BiH, and Croatia;
• Collaborative team environment focused on knowledge sharing;
