задачи
- Develop new microservices and evolve the existing architecture;
- Make technical decisions within the area of responsibility and manage technical debt;
- Ensure service stability, high performance, and observability through metrics, logs, traces, and alerts;
- Conduct code reviews, maintain engineering standards, and share expertise;
- Analyze production incidents, identify root causes through RCA, and resolve them;
- Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, SA, QA, and DevOps/SRE product teams.
требования
- At least 4.5 years of commercial backend development experience and experience in a Senior position;
- Deep expertise in C#/.NET, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and memory management;
- Practical experience with Kafka, MongoDB, MySQL, and microservice/EDA architecture;
- Ability to independently own services, understand complex business logic, and be accountable for results;
- Nice to have: experience with high-load systems, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing and SLI/SLO metrics, migrating applications to new .NET versions, mentoring, and independently managing several services.
