.net developer IAM/IGA applications

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of IAM/IGA-related applications and services using C# and .NET;
• Take technical ownership of solutions and drive architecture and design decisions for scalability, maintainability, performance, and security;
• Design and implement REST APIs, integrations, microservices, and service-oriented architectures;
• Analyze complex technical and integration requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable solutions;
• Conduct and facilitate code reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles;
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and customer stakeholders to define and deliver effective technical solutions;
• Drive knowledge transfer and transition activities, capturing technical know-how, architecture, operational procedures, and development practices;
• Build and maintain technical documentation for sustainable knowledge retention within the team;
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team;
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of future team members and help establish and grow the local delivery capability;
• Act as a technical point of contact for customer stakeholders, participate in technical workshops, and provide guidance on architecture and implementation decisions;
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, technical modernization, and additional value creation;
• Work with international and distributed Agile teams to foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-oriented engineering culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• 8+ Years of professional software development experience focused on backend and enterprise application development;
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and modern .NET (.NET Core / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 or newer);
• Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and/or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions;
• Understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access management, and access certification concepts;
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, API integrations, microservices, and service-oriented solutions;
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases;
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based source control;
• Understanding of software architecture patterns, integration technologies, secure coding practices, and engineering best practices;
• Experience with performance optimization, troubleshooting, and solving complex technical problems;
• Proven experience leading development teams or technical workstreams and owning technical delivery;
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers and providing technical guidance across development teams;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to drive technical discussions, challenge approaches constructively, and influence decisions;
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently and take ownership while collaborating within international and distributed teams;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English;
• Nice to have: Deep expertise with IAM/IGA platforms and complex enterprise identity environments, experience in insurance or financial services or other highly regulated enterprise environments, experience supporting knowledge transfer, transition, or transformation initiatives, experience building or scaling engineering teams and establishing technical practices within a new delivery setup, familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-based enterprise architectures.
