The company designs, develops, deploys, and integrates software solutions across AI, ML, BI, web, and automation for telecommunications, energy, banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, automotive, industrial, and e-commerce sectors.

• Collaborate with the product team throughout the SDLC;
• Analyze, understand, and verify system requirements;
• Design, develop, maintain, and deploy products;
• Develop primarily backend services using .NET and MS SQL;
• Design and implement solutions according to software development best practices;
• Create and maintain automated tests;
• Collaborate with other product teams, architects, and business representatives;
• Participate in solving technical problems and optimizing existing solutions;
• Ensure the quality, scalability, and stability of developed systems.

• Have at least 5 years of experience programming on the .NET platform;
• Have very good knowledge of design patterns and object-oriented programming practices, especially SOLID and GRASP;
• Know synchronous communication mechanisms, especially REST and WCF;
• Know asynchronous communication mechanisms and queueing systems;
• Have good knowledge of relational databases and experience with MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL;
• Be able to create and maintain automated tests;
• Have practical knowledge of CI/CD;
• Demonstrate analytical thinking, the ability to draw conclusions, and solve problems independently;
• Be able to work in a team and communicate effectively;
• Have English proficiency at B2 level;
• Nice to have: knowledge of the payments domain, Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), microservice architecture, modular monoliths, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Diagram as Code, Model as Code, test design and automation strategies, Kubernetes.
