- Ensure code quality and maintainability;
- Align technical solutions with business requirements;
- Understand, analyze, and work with business and technical requirements;
- Work in distributed and remote teams;

требования
- Strong commercial experience with .NET;
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure;
- Microsoft certification;
- Important experience in the insurance domain;
- Proven experience with legacy application and code migration and modernization;
- Good knowledge of Git;
- Practical experience with GitHub Copilot and understanding of AI-assisted development;
- Experience working in distributed and remote teams;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- German at minimum B1 or English at B2;
- Ability to work with German documentation.
