.net developer for high-load enterprise platforms

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET applications focused on scalability, reliability, and maintainability;
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues using logs, monitoring platforms, profilers, and database analysis tools;
• Optimize performance across SQL queries, Entity Framework Core, APIs, caching layers, and asynchronous workflows;
• Design, implement, and evolve microservices and distributed systems while ensuring reliability and minimal operational impact;
• Participate in architectural discussions, contribute to domain decomposition initiatives, and support monolith-to-microservices migrations;
• Build and maintain testing strategies, including unit, integration, and boundary testing;
• Own features from design through deployment and production support in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
• Use observability and monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks, improve system health, and support incident resolution;
• Contribute to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices;
• Work independently, proactively remove blockers, and drive technical initiatives to completion.

• 3+ Years of commercial software development experience with C# and .NET;
• Strong experience with SQL Server and relational databases, including query optimization, execution plan analysis, indexing, and performance tuning;
• Solid expertise with Entity Framework Core and ORM performance optimization techniques;
• Experience with Dapper and understanding when to use it versus Entity Framework Core;
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework, including backend API integration and troubleshooting client-side performance issues;
• Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, async/await patterns, concurrency, and parallel processing;
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and optimizing production systems;
• Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed applications;
• Understanding of caching strategies, including Redis and read replica patterns;
• Experience building and maintaining automated unit and integration tests;
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools such as DataDog, Serilog, and OpenTelemetry;
• Experience with high-load applications and scalable backend systems;
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• English level B1+ or higher;
