• Develop scalable web applications for banks and financial institutions across the region;
• Bridge development and operations through modern architectures, automation, and scalable solutions;
• Help financial institutions optimize their technology stack;
• Continuously improve development processes;
• Perform code reviews;
• Take initiative and ownership of assigned tasks;
• Share knowledge within a collaborative team.

• 2–4 Years of relevant software development experience;
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and Entity Framework;
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, or .NET Core web application development;
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and a problem-solving mindset;
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server;
• Good knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git;
• Knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies;
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript;
• Experience with code review;
• Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Nice to have: experience with front-end frameworks such as Blazor.
