.net developer for distributed applications

• Develop applications with .NET and C#;
• Develop and consume REST APIs;
• Work with microservices architecture and distributed applications;
• Work with relational databases;
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery;
• Use Git and version control best practices;
• Work according to Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Use Jira for task and sprint management;
• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code, and unit testing;
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms for APIs;
• Perform automated testing using tools such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.

• 5 Years of professional experience with .NET / C# development;
• 2–3+ Years of recent hands-on experience with WPF;
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET / .NET Core;
• Experience with REST APIs;
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed applications;
• Good knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery;
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Experience using Jira for task and sprint management;
• Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code, and unit testing;
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms for APIs;
• Fluent Portuguese;
• Fluent English (B1);
• Candidates need to be already living in Portugal;
• Nice to have: familiarity with Azure or AWS, experience with Docker and containerization, knowledge of RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
