задачи
Develop and modernize corporate applications, APIs, and backend integrations using C#/.NET;
Work with SQL databases and optimize data processing;
Contribute to frontend modernization using Blazor;
Perform coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and code optimization;
Design technical solutions and maintain design and architecture documentation;
Lead the development team, provide technical guidance, and mentor less experienced developers;
Ensure code quality and compliance with development standards;
Communicate with stakeholders and the customer regarding new functionality and prioritization;
Communicate with the customer via email, messengers, and calls in English.
требования
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with C#/.NET/.NET Core;
Previous experience in a Technical Lead role;
Experience with SQL databases;
Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations;
Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices;
Hands-on experience with Git and Git Flow;
Proficiency in managing tasks from start to release;
Great communication and mentoring skills;
An eye for detail;
B2 English level fluency;
Nice to have: hands-on experience with .NET 10 and microservices architecture, experience with frontend frameworks, especially Blazor, or willingness to learn Blazor, familiarity with Copilot, background in the Insurance domain.
