.net developer for corporate applications

Symfa provides custom software development and software services for startups and enterprises, including enterprise mobility, quality assurance, DevOps, blockchain development, machine learning, backend development, digital transformation, workflow automation, CRM and ERP development, eCommerce portals, marketplaces, data engineering, and business intelligence.

• Develop and modernize corporate applications, APIs, and backend integrations using C#/.NET;
• Work with SQL databases and optimize data processing;
• Contribute to frontend modernization using Blazor;
• Perform coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and code optimization;
• Design technical solutions and maintain design and architecture documentation;
• Lead the development team, provide technical guidance, and mentor less experienced developers;
• Ensure code quality and compliance with development standards;
• Communicate with stakeholders and the customer regarding new functionality and prioritization;
• Communicate with the customer via email, messengers, and calls in English.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with C#/.NET/.NET Core;
• Previous experience in a Technical Lead role;
• Experience with SQL databases;
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations;
• Deep understanding of software development principles and best practices;
• Hands-on experience with Git and Git Flow;
• Proficiency in managing tasks from start to release;
• Great communication and mentoring skills;
• An eye for detail;
• B2 English level fluency;
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with .NET 10 and microservices architecture, experience with frontend frameworks, especially Blazor, or willingness to learn Blazor, familiarity with Copilot, background in the Insurance domain.
