• Collaborate with the product team throughout every stage of the SDLC;
• Analyze, understand, and verify system requirements;
• Design, develop, maintain, and deploy products;
• Primarily develop backend services using .NET and work with MS SQL;
• Design and implement solutions in line with good programming practices;
• Create and maintain automated tests;
• Collaborate with other product teams, architects, and business representatives;
• Help resolve technical issues and optimize existing solutions;
• Ensure the quality, scalability, and stability of developed systems.

• At least 5 years of .NET programming experience;
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and object-oriented programming practices, especially SOLID and GRASP;
• Knowledge of synchronous communication mechanisms, particularly REST and WCF;
• Knowledge of asynchronous communication mechanisms and message queue systems;
• Good knowledge of relational databases and experience with MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL;
• Ability to create and maintain automated tests;
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD;
• Analytical thinking, sound judgment, and independent problem-solving skills;
• Teamwork skills and effective communication;
• English proficiency at B2 level;
• Nice to have: payments domain knowledge, system architecture including Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), microservices architecture, and modular monoliths, strategic and tactical Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Diagram as Code and Model as Code techniques, test design and automation strategies, Kubernetes.
