• Analyze requirements and design systems;
• Develop .NET applications and databases;
• Troubleshoot issues and tune performance;
• Provide technical support;
• Review code to ensure best practices are followed;
• Work independently and collaborate closely with the team;
• Communicate clear instructions to team members and help manage day-to-day operations;
• Communicate regularly with the client;
• Provide technical leadership, mentor and coach team members, and lead by example.

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or software engineering;
• Have an extensive professional background in development;
• Demonstrate competency in .NET and ASP.NET Core;
• Be proficient in Mongo and/or Azure SQL;
• Have experience with Azure Cloud, including SaaS offerings such as Service Bus, Blob, and Redis;
• Have knowledge of bug-tracking systems;
• Take a pragmatic approach to balancing process and flexibility;
• Have organizational skills, including self-management, work structuring, prioritization, and meeting deadlines;
• English at Intermediate+ level;
• Nice to have: expertise in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, solid understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation in scalable systems.
