- Define QA strategy for real-time election results project;
- Establish testing practices based on Testing Pyramid and Shift-Left principles;
- Build and integrate AI-powered tools for quality assurance;
- Enable developers to adopt AI-assisted QA practices;
- Drive adoption of innovative QA methodologies across the team;
- Participate in regular development tasks alongside QA responsibilities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables;
- Monitor and improve testing processes continuously;
- Provide leadership in QA process implementation;
- Support and mentor team members in quality engineering best practices.
требования
- Experience in .NET engineering, 5+ years;
- Background in Python programming;
- Skills in Amazon Web Services and Docker;
- Expertise in Generative AI technologies;
- Competency in QA process leadership and implementation;
- Qualifications in establishing testing practices based on industry standards;
- Strong communication skills;
- Experience with AI Native development;
- English proficiency at an advanced level.
