• Design, develop and maintain scalable .NET-based applications and services;
• Build and enhance omnichannel messaging integrations including WhatsApp, SMS, webchat, email and social messaging platforms;
• Develop AI-powered customer engagement features using Microsoft and OpenAI technologies;
• Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI solutions;
• Develop APIs, backend services and frontend user experiences;
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and Support teams across the SDLC;
• Participate in troubleshooting, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions;
• Help improve platform scalability, resilience and customer experience.

• 2+ Years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on .NET technologies;
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, Entity Framework, SQL Server, T-SQL, and MongoDB;
• Proven experience working with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs;
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments;
• Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration;
• Familiarity with ServiceBus, MediatR, and asynchronous messaging systems;
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 and Identity Service for secure authentication;
• Proficiency in Redis for performance optimization and caching strategies;
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including deployment and monitoring;
• Knowledge of the ELK/EFK stack for logging and monitoring;
• Solid understanding of YAML for configuration and CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience writing E2E tests to ensure code reliability;
• Nice to have: Agile development methodologies, CI/CD automation, continuous learning mindset, React, TypeScript, modern front-end frameworks.
