• Develop and evolve strategic solutions based on .NET and C#;
• Collaborate on the design and evolution of complex software architectures;
• Contribute to key technical decisions;
• Act as a technical reference within the team;
• Promote development best practices, code quality, and architecture standards;
• Lead improvement, refactoring, and technology modernization initiatives;
• Work with WPF and MVVM across the full development lifecycle;
• Collaborate with other professionals to solve complex technical challenges and evolve products.

• More than 5 years of experience with .NET and C#;
• Experience in software architecture and designing scalable solutions;
• Solid knowledge of SOLID, design patterns, and development best practices;
• Experience with WPF, MVVM, testing, dependency injection, and Git;
• Ability to technically lead projects and improvement initiatives;
• Nice to have: University degree in computer science or telecommunications.
