• Create and develop features for mobile applications used by real users;
• Develop shared business logic for mobile platforms, mainly using Kotlin Multiplatform;
• Create backend services and APIs in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot;
• Work with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production environments;
• Optimize performance, reliability, security, and user experience;
• Use AI tools to support development, testing, documentation, and problem analysis;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams;
• Co-create engineering best practices and mentor other developers;
• Deliver functionality from design through production deployment.

• Very good experience creating mobile applications;
• Good knowledge of iOS and Android application architecture and key components;
• Very good knowledge of Kotlin and modern mobile architecture patterns;
• Experience creating production applications with emphasis on quality, performance, and maintainability;
• Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot;
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems;
• Experience with CI/CD, automated tests, and production environments;
• Ability to independently take features from design to production;
• Very good communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple teams;
• Nice to have: Kotlin Multiplatform experience, strong experience with other cross-platform technologies, very good communication and teamwork skills, ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, proactive approach and problem-solving orientation, systems thinking and analysis of complex problems.
