• Create realistic, interesting, and challenging mobile coding tasks for frontier AI models using preferred repositories
• Design problems that test mobile engineering skills, including debugging subtle issues, building complex features, handling application state and lifecycle, and improving performance
• Develop tasks for cross-platform applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, or Dart; iOS applications using Swift; or Android applications using Kotlin
• Define each problem, build a reproducible environment, and write deterministic verifiers that accept correct solutions across valid implementations while rejecting incorrect, incomplete, or hard-coded approaches
• Provide a reference solution for each task
• Create Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on complex mobile software engineering problems involving code fixes, feature development, refactoring, and performance optimization

• Significant hands-on expertise in at least one mobile development track: cross-platform development with TypeScript or JavaScript and React Native, or Dart and Flutter; iOS development with Swift and SwiftUI or UIKit; or Android development with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose or the Android View system
• Deep understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle
• Proven ability to debug complex mobile applications, resolve bugs, and deliver performance improvements

• Contractor engagement, approximately 15 hours a week
