The company provides IT services and consulting. The role supports a global FMCG leader by delivering enterprise-grade mobile applications within experience engineering and digital emerging technology portfolios.

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native;
• Implement and customize mobile solutions with Salesforce Mobile SDK;
• Architect offline-first capabilities using Smart Store DB, Salesforce Smart Store, and Smart Sync;
• Implement image processing and computer vision features using Open CV;
• Manage complex application states and data flows with Redux or Redux Toolkit;
• Build high-fidelity responsive UIs for field force users and consumers;
• Manage source code branching strategies and pull requests with GitHub;
• Support Digital Emerging Technology initiatives by prototyping MobileFirst AI/ML features and integrating hyper scaler-hosted APIs;
• Lead technical design for mobile modules;
• Perform code reviews;
• Optimize application performance, memory, and battery usage;
• Mentor junior developers in mobile best practices.

• Expert-level proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript;
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK and Smart Store DB;
• Deep understanding of Redux for enterprise-scale mobile applications;
• Experience integrating Open CV or similar native modules into React Native applications;
• Advanced proficiency in GitHub workflows and Git-based collaboration;
• Nice to have: Ability to write native bridges in Swift or Objective-C for iOS, Java or Kotlin for Android, experience connecting mobile applications to GCP or Azure backend services, familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components, knowledge of OAuth2, certificate pinning, and secure local storage patterns, FMCG domain understanding including retail execution, van sales, or field force automation workflows.
