• Lead initiatives involving fine-tuning or distillation of large-scale models for specialized tasks;
• Build or contribute to multi-agent architectures for distributed AI functionality;
• Work with multimodal systems combining image, text, or audio inputs;
• Publish work or contribute to leading AI research or open-source communities;
• Design AI-first features involving feedback loops, human-in-the-loop systems, or adaptive behaviors.

• Seniority level: Mid-Senior level;
• Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, or crewAI;
• Programming skills in Python including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn;
• Advanced ML experience with Deep Learning, NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and Hugging Face Transformers;
• Proven experience deploying LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Mistral into production environments at scale;
• Experience with cloud and MLOps tools such as AWS, Azure, GCP, MLflow, Kubeflow, and containerization;
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and data engineering;
• Strong knowledge of orchestration tools such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, along with experience in agent-based systems;
• Fluent in English;
• Nice to have: Contributions to leading AI research or open-source communities.

• Contract duration of 6 months with extension;
• Fully remote with possible occasional in-person team sessions, workshops, or gatherings approximately once per quarter likely to take place in Prague;
• US hours overlap required with a minimum of 2–6 pm CET, ideally until 7 pm CET.
