Its AI4CM team develops scalable, robust, and ethical data- and AI-driven solutions for operational and commercial applications, including call-center routing, personalized marketing, call-volume forecasting, and knowledge access through RAG.

• Develop end-to-end AI solutions from idea to production;
• Identify new opportunities and insights for the business;
• Build and validate proof-of-concepts;
• Develop new AI capabilities for business and analytics teams;
• Improve existing models and solutions;
• Share knowledge actively within and outside the team;
• Coach and support colleagues in data science, engineering, and tooling;
• Work according to DevOps principles and take ownership of solutions.

• 2 To 5 years of experience in data science and engineering;
• Completed master’s degree or equivalent in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, Applied Physics, or a related field;
• Strong foundation in data science, from problem definition through solution implementation;
• Experience developing and managing machine learning models;
• Demonstrable experience with complex data science projects beyond standard solutions;
• Good knowledge of Python, Git, Docker, and CI/CD processes;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Nice to have: knowledge of Dutch.
