• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for client projects;
• Research and implement algorithms;
• Build and train models;
• Optimize model performance;
• Integrate ML components into production-grade software systems;
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Maintain documentation;
• Participate in code reviews;
• Contribute to experimentation, prototyping, and continuous improvement of Interexy’s AI and data-driven capabilities.

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and clean, maintainable code practices;
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including model design, training, evaluation, and optimization;
• Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text classification, entity recognition, and language modeling;
• Proficiency with ML/AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn;
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in ML, such as Python;
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments, preferably in cloud or microservices architectures;
• Familiarity with data processing pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, and version control systems such as Git;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and adapt to changing project requirements;
• Nice to have: experience in healthcare, FinTech, or blockchain.
