- Lead and mentor a small engineering team;

- Shape the product architecture;
- Turn ideas into reliable features used by real players.
требования
- 5–8 Years of engineering experience, including shipping and maintaining live products;
- 1–2 Years in a Lead or Senior capacity;
- Experience mentoring a small team;
- Experience building AI-powered products deployed and used by real users;
- Strong hands-on coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills;
- Practical experience with Gemini and/or other AI models;
- Understanding of AI models’ capabilities and limitations.
